1. Reservation & payment

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee. The remaining balance must be credited to our account no later than 1 week before arrival or can be paid in cash upon arrival.

2. Arrival & departure

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance via WhatsApp or email. Upon departure, please return the key in person or deposit it in the key box.

3. Security deposit & cleaning

Upon arrival, you’ll pay a security deposit of €100 and a €15 cleaning fee (in cash). The security deposit will be refunded after the property has been inspected, provided there is no damage and the property has been left in accordance with the agreements. Any damage or excessive use of water and electricity may be deducted from the security deposit.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge within 2 days of making the reservation. After that, cancellation is no longer possible, and the deposit remains due.

5. Use of the accommodation

The accommodation is intended exclusively for recreational use and for the number of people for whom it was booked. Treat the property and its contents with care and leave the accommodation tidy.

6. Tenant liability

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during the stay by the tenant or their traveling companions. Any damage must be reported immediately.

7. Landlord’s liability

Casa Carla Andalucía is not liable for loss, theft, accidents, or damage during the stay, unless caused by the landlord’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Termination of the stay

In the event of a serious violation of the house rules, nuisance, damage, or other improper use of the accommodation, the landlord may terminate the stay immediately. In such cases, there is no right to a refund.

10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Casa Carla Andalucia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on https://casacarlaandalucia.com.
